Prior to reading White Noise in English, I had known I was dependent on technology, but I definitely did not know how much. I think I noticed it the most when I changed the type of phone I had. I felt like I had lost a piece of my image, like whether Motorola, Samsung, Apple, or Blackberry making your phone is part of you personality.
